Slovenian architect Tina Gregorič of Dekleva Gregorič architects, based in Ljubljana, delivered a guest lecture in which she presented, through a broad spectrum of cultural, artistic, and architectural references, her approach to project development and the conceptual thinking that forms the foundation of her work.
The central theme of the lecture was “Materiality as Practice” — an exploration of material thinking in both a theoretical context and the concrete process of shaping architectural space. Through a series of realized projects, Tina Gregorič emphasized the importance of materiality in architecture, its presence and application, demonstrating how careful reading and understanding of context shape the final architectural form.
